Apple Pie Overnight Oats


Add all ingredients to a bell jar and shake it up or mix with a long spoon. 

¾ GF Organic Oats

¼ C Unsweetened Applesauce

½ C Almond or Oat Milk

¼ C Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or your favorite)

1 Scoop Wellthy Collagen or Ritual Protein (optional)

1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp. 100% Pure Maple Syrup

1 tsp. Cinnamon 

½ tsp. 100% Pure Vanilla Extract

¼ tsp. Salt


2 Apples (peeled, cored, sliced)

¼ C Walnuts (optional)

1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

1 Tbsp. 100% Pure Maple Syrup (or 1 Tbsp. Dark Coconut Sugar)

1 tsp. Cinnamon

Sautee the topping ingredients under medium heat until the apples are tender. Top off the oats with the apple topping. Refrigerate and enjoy the next morning cold or warm. The longer it sets, the better it tastes! ENJOY!
