Avocado Chocolate Mousse
This Avocado Chocolate Mousse is made with simple, wholesome ingredients and takes only about 10 minutes to make. It’s vegan, gluten free, refined sugar free and curbs that sweet tooth every time!
2 Avocados (extra ripe)
¼ C Cocoa Powder
¼ C Almond Milk (or Coconut Milk)
¼ C 100% Pure Maple Syrup
2 tsp. 100% Pure Vanilla Extract
Coconut Whipped Cream
Strawberries or Raspberry (to top whipped cream)
In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and stir. Divide the mousse equally into 2 serving dishes and chill for an hour. Top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate and a piece of fruit. Enjoy!
