Brownie Batter Truffles



1 15 Oz Can Chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

½  cup 100% pure maple syrup  

¾ C Cocoa Powder

⅓ C Nut Butter

1 tsp. Vanilla

½ tsp. Salt

Chocolate Coating

¾ C Dark Chocolate Chips

1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil



Melted Nut Butter

Step 1: Add all of the truffle ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 2: Scoop the brownie batter with a cookie dough scoop and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Step 3: Roll the brownie batter scoops into smooth balls. Place the truffles in the freezer to harden for 30-60 minutes.

Step 4: Remove the truffles from the freezer. 

Step 5: Melt the chocolate chips and oil in the microwave or on the stovetop. Stir frequently to avoid burning the chocolate

Step 6: Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate to coat with chocolate. Place the truffles back onto the lined baking tray and place in the fridge to allow the chocolate to harden.

Step 7: Enjoy!
