Dutch Apple Pancake (GF)


Preheat Oven to 425 degrees

Mix dry ingredients

½ C Almond Flour

½ tsp. Baking Soda

⅛ tsp. salt

½ tsp. Cinnamon

Add wet ingredients

4 eggs

1 tsp. Vanilla

½ C Milk or Alternative

Pour Mixture into a greased Pie Plate

Prepare Apples- saute in saucepan until soft

1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil

2 Apples-cored, peeled, sliced

1½ Tbsp. Coconut Sugar

1 tsp. Cinnamon

Pour apples into the center of the pancake batter. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes, reduce to 325 and bake an additional 15 minutes or until the pancake is golden brown at the edges. Serve with 100% pure maple syrup. ENJOY!
