1 Can Chickpeas (washed and drained)

¼ C chickpea flour

¼ C Parsley

3 Tbsp. Tahini

½ C Red Onion (Chopped)

2 Cloves of Garlic

½ tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Cumin

1 tsp. salt

Step 1: Place all ingredients in a food processor or mash it by hand.

Step 2: Scoop into good sized balls.

Step 3: Coat each ball with Avocado Oil

Step 4: Roll in Sesame Seeds.

Step 5: Place falafel balls in an air fryer set at 400 degrees for 18-25 minutes depending on how crispy you want them or in the oven set at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Step 6: Serve warm with a side of GF Pita and a nice Cucumber Sauce or Authentic Tzatziki.
