Gingerbread Pancakes



1 ½ C GF Oat Flour

½ C Unsweetened Applesauce

2 eggs

½ C Non-Dairy Milk of Choice

2 Tbsp. Molasses

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Cinnamon

½ tsp. Ground 

¼ tsp. Ground Cloves

½ tsp. Nutmeg

½  tsp Salt

Step 1: Preheat the griddle to 350°F. 

Step 2: In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. 


Step 3: Grease the griddle with butter or shortening of choice.

Step 4: Bake until sides are dry and tiny bubbles form. Flip pancake.

Step 7: Serve warm with maple syrup.

Step 8: Enjoy!
