Gluten Free Peach Cobbler
Ingredients
Filling
4 Ripe peaches
2 Tbsp oat flour
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Maple Syrup
1 Small Lemon
Topping
2 C Oats
½ C Almond flour
½ C Coconut sugar
4 Tbsp Maple Syrup
¼ C Melted Coconut Oil
¼ tsp. Salt
Step 1: Peel the peaches.
Step 2: Combine the filling ingredients and place in oven safe dish (I used Pyrex Easy Grab Glass Pie Plate)
Step 3: In a separate bowl combine the topping ingredients.
Step 4: Place the topping over the filling.
Step 5: Bake at 375 for 25-30 min until bubbly.
Step 5: Top with coconut yogurt, greek yogurt or my fav… ice cream
