Healthy Gluten Free Banana Bread


Preheat Oven to 375 degrees

Mix dry ingredients and set aside

2 C Almond Flour

¼ C Buckwheat Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda

¼ C Dark Chocolate Chips

2 Tbsp. Monk Fruit Sugar

1½ Tbsp. Coconut Sugar

1 tsp. Cinnamon

½ tsp. Nutmeg

Pinch of Sea Salt or Pink Salt

In a separate bowl, mix well and fold into dry ingredients until full combined

4 Extra Ripe Banana

2 Eggs

2 Tbsp. Sunflower Oil

1 Tbsp. Maple Syrup

1 tsp. Vanilla

Pour batter into a well sprayed loaf pan and bake for approximately 40-50 minutes. Until the center is dry and springs back to touch.
