High Protein Chicken Salad


1 Pk Chicken Breasts (cooked and shredded)

½ Red Onion

6 Green Olives (or more if you would like)


½ Avocado (very ripe)

2 Tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt

1 Tbsp. Dill

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp. Onion powder

Salt & Pepper to taste

Add In Options

¼ C Low Sugar Dried Cranberries or Cranberry Chutney (check this recipe in “holiday favorites”) or Chopped Apples, or Grapes


Step 1: Boil chicken breasts, cool, shred and set aside.


Step 2: Mix together shredded chicken, onion, olives, and add in of choice. 

Step 3:  In a separate bowl, mash avocado, mix in greek yogurt, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Step 4: Add the chicken mixture into the dressing and mix together until well incorporated.  

Step 5: Serve chilled on a lettuce wrap, on salad greens, crackers or just on its own. 

Step 6: Enjoy!
