Homemade Granola


Mix dry ingredients in bowl

2 C Organic Rolled Oats

4 Tbsp Chia Seed

4 Tbsp Flax Seed

¼ C Coconut Oil (melted)

¼ C Maple Syrup or Raw Honey or Agave

1 C Mixins: Dried Organic Craisins, Raw or Roasted Nuts or Seeds, Dried Organic 100% Fruit (you choose), 100% Organic Coconut Flakes

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350

Step 2: Line cookie sheet with parchment and set aside.

Step 3: Mix together oats, chia seed and flax seed. Set aside.

Step 4: In a microwave bowl, melt coconut oil.

Step 5: Mix maple syrup, honey or agave into the melted oil.

Step 6: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix well.

Step 7: Transfer the mixture onto the baking sheet and spread out well.

Step 8: Bake for 10 minutes, remove, stir and bake for another 5 minutes.

Step 9: Remove from oven, cool, transfer to a mixing bowl and add your mixins.

Step 10: ENJOY!

Note: Mixin can be 1 Cup of one or a combination


Protein granola can be stored at room temperature, in a ziplock baggie, container or jar for up to 1 month. This granola can also be stored in a freezer safe container for up to 6 months.
