Italian Chicken Sausage with Noodles (GF)
2 TBS Avocado Oil
1 C Chopped Yellow Onion
1 Package Organic Italian Chicken Sausage (sliced) or 2-3 Vegan Vegi Burgers (Defrosted & Crumbled)
2 C Crushed or Chopped Tomato
2 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp Dried Oregano
2-3 Gloves Chopped Garlic
1 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sauté above ingredients. Add cooked pasta or fresh raw zucchini noodles. Toss and let simmer on low for 15 minutes.
1 Box Frozen Zucchini Noodles (prepared per page instructions) or Fresh Organic Spiral Cut Zucchini Noodles
Garnish with fresh grated parmesan or nutritional yeast (vegan) and a few fresh basil leaves.
