Overnight Oats (GF)

Ingredients
Mix dry ingredients in bowl
1½ C Almond Flour
1½ C Monkfruit Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Nutmeg
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and pour into a Bell Jar
¼ C Oats (organic)
1 tsp. Chia Seeds
1 tsp. Flaxseeds (ground)
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 Scoop Protein Powder
Add on Top Off Dry Mix
½ C Frozen Fruit (Your Choice)
Mix together in a separate bowl and add another layer in your jar
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Maple Syrup
1 Heaping Scoop of Coconut Yogurt
Add milk till it reaches the top of the oats
mix/shake well
Refrigerate and enjoy the next morning
The longer it sets, the better it tastes!
