Protein Waffles with Fruit Chutney


1 Banana

4 Eggs

2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (Wellthy Collagen or Ritual Protein)

1 tsp. Maca Powder (optional)

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Cinnamon 

½ tsp. 100% Pure Vanilla Extract

¼ tsp. Salt


1 C Frozen Organic Wild Blueberries (or preferred fruit)

⅓ C 100% Orange Juice or juice from 1 Large Orange

1 tsp. Monk Fruit Sugar

¼ C Walnuts (or preferred nut)

4 tsp. Chia Seed

Step 1: Mash the banana in a bowl.

Step 2: Add eggs and mix well. 

Step 3: Add the rest of the ingredients.

Step 4: Heat the topping ingredients on medium heat until the berries are soft and juice is slightly reduced. set aside.

Step 5: Make the waffles and place the prepared topping on center before serving.

Step 5: ENJOY!
