Pumpkin Spice Donuts


Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and set aside

1 C Gluten Free 1:1 Flour

¼ C Flax Meal

½ tsp. Kosher Salt

1 tsp. Cinnamon

2 tsp. Pumpkin Spice

1 tsp. Baking Soda

Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl

1 C Pumpkin Puree

2 Eggs

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

¼ C 100% Maple Syrup

1/4 C Coconut Oil


½ C Cream Cheese (room temp and softened)

¼ tsp. Pumpkin Spice

½ C Powdered Coconut Sugar


Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.

Step 2: Mix wet ingredient mixture into dry ingredients mixture. Spoon into a donut mold.

Step 3: Bake for about 20 minutes until the donut springs back when touched.

Step 4: Gently lift donuts until a wire rack to cool. Once cooled, spread cream cheese frosting on donuts and add a sprinkle of pumpkin spice to garnish.

Step 5: ENJOY!
