Spicy Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
1 TBSP Sesame Oil (heated)Â
1 lb Ground Turkey
1 C Tri Colored Peppers (chopped)
¾ C Mushrooms (chopped)
¾ C Broccoli (chopped)
1 Small Can Water Chestnuts (drained and chopped)
½ C Sweet Onion (chopped)
½ C Green Onion (chopped)
Marinade
¼ C Coconut Aminos
2 TBSP Rice Vinegar
2 TBSP Sriracha (less if you don’t want too much spice)
1 TBSP Honey
12 Boston Bib Leafs (washed and dried)
Garnish
Sesame Seeds
Peanuts (crushed)
Step 1: Heat oil in a saucepan and saute peppers, onions, celery, mushrooms, and broccoli until broccoli is el dante. Spoon mixture into a bowl and set aside.
Step 2:Â Add ground turkey to the same saucepan and cook on medium heat until turkey is cooked through and crumbly.Â
Step 3: In a small bowl, mix together marinade ingredients and set aside.
Step 4: Add the vegetable mixture into the cooked turkey. Add marinade and saute on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 5: double up a few lettuce leaves and place a few spoonfuls of mixture into the lettuce. Garnish with sesame seeds and crushed peanuts and serve.
