Apple Pie Overnight Oats


Add all ingredients to a bell jar and shake it up or mix with a long spoon.

¾ GF Organic Oats

¼ C 100% Pumpkin Puree

¼ C Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or your favorite)

½ C Almond or Oat Milk

1 Scoop Wellthy Collagen or Ritual Protein (optional)

1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds

1 Tbsp. 100% Pure Maple Syrup

½  tsp. 100 % pure Vanilla Extract

1 tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice

Refrigerate and enjoy the next morning cold or warm.

The longer it sets, the better it tastes! ENJOY!
