Cottage Cheese Protein Pancakes


1 C Oat Flour

1 C Cottage Cheese

5 Egg Whites

1 Egg

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Cinnamon 

½ tsp. 100% Pure Vanilla Extract

¼ tsp. Salt


Any Fresh Fruit of Choice

Step 1: Blend all ingredients in a blender.

Step 2: Heat a skillet pan to medium heat.

Step 3: Pour batter (you can add some fruit or use it to top the pancake-or both!)

Step 4: Flip the pancake once the edges are dry and little bubbles form.

Step 5: ENJOY!
