Cranberry Apple Chutney

1 12 oz Bag of Fresh Cranberry
1 C 100% Orange Juice (I use the juice from the mandarin oranges and orange)
Zest of Orange
½ C 100% Pure Maple Syrup
1 8 oz Can of Mandarin Oranges (chopped)
½ C Walnuts (chopped)
Instructions
Step 1: In a saucepan, bring cranberries, apples, and OJ to a boil.Â
Step 2: Once boiling, bring to a medium heat till cranberries have popped.
Step 3: Lower to a simmer and add Maple syrup, zest, walnuts, and mandarin oranges.
Step 4: Simmer until thickened (about 20 minutes).
Step 5: Chill until serving.
Step 6: Enjoy!
Note: Store in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge, or freeze for 2-3 months.
