Everything Bagels


Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F


2 C 1:1 Gluten Free Flour

1 C Yogurt (you choose)

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Salt

Everything Bagel Seasoning

Other Ingredients

Boiling Water

1 Tbsp. Baking Powder

1 egg or 1 Tbsp. Coconut Oil


Step 1: Bring a pot of water to a boil and add baking powder.

Step 2: Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and then add yogurt.

Step 3: Form dough into a ball and divide in half (2 large bagels) or in 4’s (4 medium bagels)

Step 4: Roll out dough to form a long tubular shape and bring ends together to form the bagel shape.

Step 5: Drop the bagels into the boiling water for about 1-2 minutes. Be sure there is enough room for bagels to float without sticking to one another.

Step 6: Remove Bagels from boiling water and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment.

Step 7: Pat dry and use an egg wash or oil on each bagel. Then sprinkle the seasoning mix, liberally.

Step 8: Bake bagels at 350 F for about 20-22 minutes (the smaller the bagel, the faster it bakes).

Step 9: Enjoy!


These bagels are best when eaten, immediately. They can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for 3 days or cut in half and frozen (great for a quick freezer to toaster breakfast) for up to 3 months.
