1 ½ C GF Oat Flour
½ C Unsweetened Applesauce
2 eggs
½ C Non-Dairy Milk of Choice
2 Tbsp. Molasses
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. GroundÂ
¼ tsp. Ground Cloves
½ tsp. Nutmeg
½ tsp Salt
Step 1: Preheat the griddle to 350°F.Â
Step 2: In a blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.Â

Step 3: Grease the griddle with butter or shortening of choice.
Step 4: Bake until sides are dry and tiny bubbles form. Flip pancake.
Step 7: Serve warm with maple syrup.
