Gluten Free Apple Cider Donuts

Ingredients

Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and set aside

2 ½ C Oat Flour

⅛ C Flax Meal

1 tsp. Baking Powder

1 tsp. Cinnamon

1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice


Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl

2 Eggs

½ C Unsweetened Applesauce

¼ C Oat Milk

¼ C Coconut Oil (melted)

½ C 100% Pure Maple Syrup


Instructions


Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease 12 donut molds with cooking spray.


Step 2: Mix dry ingredients together and set aside.


Step 3: Mix wet ingredients together and add to the dry ingredients.


Step 4: Add the prepared mixture to the donut pans and bake for 20 minutes, or until the center springs back when touched.


Step 5: Allow donuts to cool for 20 minutes. While cooling, prepare the topping.

Step 6: To make toppings, melt 2 Tbp. of coconut oil in a shallow bow. In a separate plate, mix 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar and 1 Tbsp. cinnamon. Coat the top of each donut in oil and coat with cinnamon sugar.


Step 6: Enjoy!
