Orange Chicken



2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast

2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil


2 C Orange Juice

¼ C Coconut Aminos

3 Tbsp. 100 % Organic Raw Honey

1 tsp. Garlic Powder

2 tsp. Fresh Ginger (or Substitute ½ tsp. Ground Ginger)

2 Tbsp Orange Zest

½ tsp. Black Pepper

Add Ins

2 C Steamed Broccoli

½ C Raw Peanuts

1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds


Step 1: Heat oil in wok and saute chicken until thoroughly cooked. Set chicken aside.

Step 2: Mix sauce ingredients and add them to the wok. Bring to a slight bubble for about 15-20 minutes. Once the sauce has thickened, add the chicken, peanuts, and steamed broccoli.

Step 3: Serve over cauliflower rice, brown rice, or quinoa. Sprinkle sesame seeds on chicken before serving.
