Pumpkin Chip Bread

Ingredients

Preheat oven to 350


Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and set aside

1½ C Almond Flour

1½ C Monk Fruit Sugar

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Cinnamon

½ tsp. Nutmeg


Mix wet ingredients in a separate bowl

1C Pumpkin Puree

½ C Oil

⅓ C Water

2 Eggs


Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Spoon into muffin tin and bake for approximately 25 minutes (until center is dry or springs back to the touch)
