Single Serve Pancake


1 Egg 

1 scoop (30g) Protein Powder (I use Ritual or Truvani

⅓ Cup (30g) Oat Flour 

½ tsp Baking Powder 

½ Cup (120g) Milk of Choice 

1 tsp Cinnamon 

Combine in a bowl and pour onto a skillet with medium heat

Blueberry Compote (or whatever toppings make you happy!)

1 Cup Wild Blueberries

4 TBSP Chia Seeds

3 tsp Flax Seeds

2 TB Agave or Honey

¼ Cup liquid of your choice (coconut water, juice,or water)
