Single Serve Pancake
Ingredients
1 EggÂ
1 scoop (30g) Protein Powder (I use Ritual or Truvani)Â
â…“ Cup (30g) Oat FlourÂ
½ tsp Baking PowderÂ
½ Cup (120g) Milk of ChoiceÂ
1 tsp CinnamonÂ
Combine in a bowl and pour onto a skillet with medium heat
Blueberry Compote (or whatever toppings make you happy!)
1 Cup Wild Blueberries
4 TBSP Chia Seeds
3 tsp Flax Seeds
2 TB Agave or Honey
¼ Cup liquid of your choice (coconut water, juice,or water)
